I can not select my receiver type, is my receiver supported?
The list of supported receivers is constantly updated. Leave the entry under Settings initially empty. The app then automatically tries to detect the receiver. Please send us the missing receiver type by mail, we will add the type.
I can build up no connection to the receiver, where is the error?
Make sure that the tablet or the PC always has a connection to the Internet. Enter the IP address of the receiver in Settings. How do you find the IP address, describes the manual.
Is the receiver detected automatically or do I have to specify the IP address?
If DNS is enabled on the network, the receiver is automatically detected. However, this may take several minutes.
I can select the input device (Tuner, DVD, BD, iPod, ...), but changing the volume does not work, what is the cause?
A selection of receivers has a special command set. With selection of the receiver type in Settings, the app recognizes this and provides to the instruction set. If your receiver is not included in the selection, please send us a mail.
After return from standby I have no connection to the receiver, what can I do?
